What villa outdoor care really costs in Sharjah
Owners often know one cash number — the gardener — and underestimate everything else. Here is a transparent stack using the same comparison figures published on our home page, set against 360 plans at AED 799, 1,199 and 1,799.
Stop comparing one line item to a full plan
A cash gardener at a low monthly figure looks cheap next to a managed plan. That comparison is incomplete. Outdoor villa care in Masaar and Sharjah is usually five or six products: garden, pool (if you have one), exterior windows, car wash, handyman time, and sometimes pest or AC filter work. Miss two of those and your “savings” are an illusion.

Windows are the awkward one: priced per visit, easy to skip, expensive when you finally book. Car wash multiplies by the number of cars. Handyman hours appear when hinges fail and irrigation heads break — not on a tidy spreadsheet.

Signature Villa — AED 1,799 / month

Hidden costs cash quotes omit
Tips, early collection visits, redo work after bad pruning, your time chasing no-shows, and buying materials twice. None of those appear on a WhatsApp quote. A managed plan with photos, card payment and a VAT invoice makes the monthly number boring — which is the point.

How to budget honestly this month
- List every outdoor vendor you paid in the last 90 days.
- Add a realistic window clean (450–600) if you skipped one.
- Multiply car wash by cars and by weeks you actually wanted.
- Add two handyman hours at 129 if anything is broken.
- Compare that stack to 799 / 1,199 / 1,799 — not to garden alone.
If the stack sits near or above a plan, the decision is operational, not emotional.

Take a four-bedroom Masaar villa with two cars and no pool. Using only site references: gardening 250 + windows averaged at one clean every two months (say 500 ÷ 2 = 250/month equivalent if you kept glass presentable) + car wash 150 × 2 = 300 + one handyman hour at 129.
