360 Management is villa care for Masaar homeowners who are tired of juggling five suppliers who never talk to each other.
Why we exist
I live here. Everything on the homepage happened to me first.
The gardener who cut back the wrong plants, twice. The car wash that left the paint worse than it found it. The pool man knocking three days early, in cash, with no way of knowing whether he had tested anything. I got tired of managing five people who never spoke to each other and never remembered a thing I asked for.
So I built the company I wanted to hire. We are starting in Masaar because it is my community, and because I will hear about it at the school gate if we get it wrong. Other communities come after this one is running properly, not before.

What we do (and do not do)
We coordinate villa care: garden, pool, exterior windows, car wash at home, handyman hours, and related extras on a clear monthly plan — briefed team, photos, card payment, one escalation path.
We do not run legal property management, tenancy contracts, or rent collection. If you need that, hire a licensed property manager.
Where we launch
Masaar, Sharjah first — district by district based on waitlist demand. If you live elsewhere in Sharjah, still join and tell us where; communities with the most names go next.
