Terms of use & waitlist
These terms cover use of 360management.ae, joining the waitlist, and how we describe villa care services before a paid subscription starts. They are written for a small UAE service business launching in Masaar, Sharjah.
1. Who we are
360 Management provides coordinated villa care (garden, pool, windows, car wash, handyman coordination and related home services). We are not a licensed tenancy / legal property manager: we do not handle rent, ejari-style tenancy admin, or landlord–tenant legal work.
2. Website information
Guides, prices, frequencies and plan names on this site are informational and may change. Marketing copy describes intended launch service in Masaar; it is not a binding quote until we confirm scope, price and start date with you in writing (email or signed order).
3. Waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no payment obligation.
- “First month at half price” and similar launch offers apply only if we still run that offer when your district opens and you accept a plan under the then-current terms.
- Waitlist order is based on demand by district and operational capacity. Joining does not guarantee a start date.
- You confirm the contact details you submit are accurate and that we may email or WhatsApp you about launch and service.
4. Service when live
When you subscribe, a separate service agreement or order confirmation will set visits, inclusions, exclusions, access requirements, cancellation, and fees (including extras such as AED-priced handyman hours). Until then, nothing on the site obliges us to perform work at your villa.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms availability, injecting malware, submitting false waitlist data at scale, or using our brand to mislead others). Guides may be linked with attribution; wholesale republication without permission is not allowed.
6. Third-party tools
Forms use Formspree. Analytics use Google Analytics 4 (G-C6XD7YNN25). WhatsApp chats use Meta’s network. Your use of those tools is also subject to their terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from free website content, or for outages of hosting, CDN, Formspree, Google, or WhatsApp. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These website / waitlist terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Sharjah / UAE have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
